Join us for some Virtual Activities!

The well are offering a number of virtual activites for participants:

  • Wednesdays 10am Yoga with Rachel
  • Thursdays 1 - 1.40pm  Chair Based Exercises
  • Thursdays 2 - 2.40pm  Metafit 

These classes are free and avilable via ZOOM.
