Fast and furious today?

The BBO GCtW project is pleased to be able to offer particpants a range of activities throughout each week. If you want to join any or all of these sessions, please either contact your local key worker or the BBO GCTW admin officer for joining details (Zoom code and/or links).

Hope you enjoyed yoga yesterday - today is the day to burn some energy with metafit or take it easy with some fabulous chair based exercises and stretches.

Tuesday - 10 minute writing workshop with Ann Grant

Tuesday - Freeing the body (yoga session)

Wednesday - Yoga (10am - 11am)

Thursday - Chair base exercises (1pm -1.40pm)

Thuirsday - Metafit (2pm - 2.40pm) a fast and furious 40m minutes of high intensity training.

A quite way to start the day?
